Music and yaoi=Gravitation...things are just getting better..this is another classic yaoi anime/manga which include music as their story basis since the manga is published in late 90's..its been awhile since i watch the animated series and i just can't stop watching this anime over and over again..the characters in the animated series are all so kawaii[cute]..the author, Murakami Maki really know how to connect romance and music in her artwork..gravitation also have sequence story due to yaoi fan that just couldn't have enough of Gravitation anime..yet, another yaoi anime that i don't want to forget...

The manga and anime story line is quite different..even the in manga artwork, the characters looks more mature than the super kawaii characters in anime series..the starting story in manga set up when Shuichi[singer] and his best friend,Hiroshi Nakao[guitarist] are still at school..meanwhile in the animated series skip the graduation part and start up when their band group 'Bad Luck' is already well established..therefore i kinda prefer the animated series than the manga..
In Gravitation anime, the story begin with one night Eiri Yuki,who is well known romance novelist and also a womanizer accidentally commented harshly on Shuichi song lyrics on a piece of paper that was blown away by the wind..Eiri told Shuichi that he has 'ZERO' talent in composing a music lyrics brings a great shock to Shuichi..Fired up by Eiri word, Shuichi struggle so hard to prove Eiri wrong by inviting Eiri to their first concert..Shuichi was stunt when Eiri,which he thought may bot come did show up at their concert..luckily Ryuichi Sakuma,Shuichi idol from a very famous band,Grasper and help Shuichi to overcome his shock by singing together with him..
Eiri had stolen Shuichi first kiss due to Shuichi eagerness to know why Eiri came to his concert..since then Shuichi determine to became Eiri his lover despite of Eiri being straight and cold hearted.. Bad Luck band became more famous with a new talented 16 year old keyboardist member which is also Tohma Seguchi cousin and director of Nakamura Production..Shuischi had to go through many obstacle not just his love at the first side problem with Eiri but also his burden as a singer and song writer in his band..the story become more interesting when other infamous band,ASK black mail Shuichi to retreat his band due to jealousy by hiring people to rape Shuichi and Ayaka Usami-san existance as Eiri fiance..supported by Shuichi dearest friend,Hiroshi and his dangerous foreigner manager,K , Shuichi manage to patch up his relationship with Eiri and mysterious past..
The Gravitation sequence-Lyrics of love complete the love story...distracted by Eiri's choices to help his friend,Tohma in his Grasper band writing a lyrics makes Shuichi became more stronger..this outrageous downfall forces Shuichi to realize the actual meaning of being a talented singer and what his true achievement in music industries..moves by Eiri's true feeling towards Shiuchi in his lyrics sang by Grasper band, Shuichi manage to came up with a beautiful melodic song,Full Moon that melts everyone heart in the Annual Song Festival...
Rated : This is one of the greatest masterpiece that evolves music that i ever watch..i gives this anime 5 star for the story line and even the songs in the anime melts me..their powerful song lyrics are good love poems that i can gives to my loves ones..even though they experience sad and frightening love dramatic journey, fate and love always brings Eiri Yuki and Shuichi Shindou together..
